Why we started

After the 2018 Wayfair decision, every online seller became a multi-state taxpayer overnight. The tools on offer were either plugins that only calculated a rate at checkout, or enterprise platforms with five-figure contracts.

Growing brands were stuck in the middle: too big to ignore nexus, too small for enterprise software. Vertexis Nexus handles the whole lifecycle, from exposure alert to bank remittance, at a price that a $2M brand can justify.
